How accurate is the extraction?
Around 99% on typewritten receipts, invoices, and most retail PDFs. Lower on heavily creased thermal paper or handwritten amounts — which is exactly where we surface confidence scores so you know to take a closer look.
What happens when a receipt is read wrong?
Every field is editable inline before sync. We record your correction and apply it to future receipts from the same vendor — the longer you use it, the more it learns your book.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Receipts and extractions live in DigitalOcean Spaces (S3-compatible) in a US region, encrypted at rest and accessible only by your workspace. Your data is yours — we never use it for any purpose other than running your workspace.
What formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG, HEIC, and PDF — plus inbound email with attachments. Each workspace gets its own forwarding address you can hand to clients.
What if I go over my plan?
Each extracted document past your included bundle bills at the plan's flat per-doc rate. No overage tiers to step through, no caps that block you mid-month.
How fast can I be up and running with QuickBooks?
